Controlled Access Area

The operation of vehicles’ Controlled Access Area at Mykonos Airport is exclusively addressed to professional users who have submitted electronically all the necessary supporting documents for signing a private contract with Fraport Greece.

Initially, requests should be sent to the email address [email protected] at least five (5) working days before the desired effective date.

The necessary supporting documents are the following:

  • Customer Form (attached)
  • Vehicle’s license
  • Vehicle’s insurance
  • GEMI Announcement
  • Proof of IBAN account through web banking or certificate of deposit account or IBAN certification document
  • Proof of deposit for the amount regarding the monthly fee and the guarantee of proper use of the Controlled Access Area (in a comment the description of the category deposit, “fee/warranty”) (Fraport Greece Β Bank account - Αlpha Bank, ΙΒΑΝ GR30 0140 1010 1010 0200 2304 236, ΒIC: CRBAGRAA)

Note 1: Αccess to the Controlled Access Area will now be carried out exclusively through the license plate recognition of the incoming vehicle.

Note 2: The required documents for the activation of each subscription, as well as each deposit/payment receipt, must be sent to the email address [email protected], including the customer’s details and the renewal period.

Note 3: There is the option to pay the subscription for more than one (1) calendar month, using flexible pricing packages as shown in the summary table below (prices do not include VAT).

Note 4: The delivery of the invoices will be implemented through the platform https://e-invoicing.entersoft.gr/Account/Login, by logging in the personalized data, which have been sent to customer’s contact email.

After submitting properly and in full the supporting documents, professional users can receive a signed copy of the contract from the relevant office located on the 1st floor of the Departures building (office 1330) inside Mykonos’ Airport terminal, during working days (Monday to Friday) between 09:00 and 17:00 and Saturdays between 10:00 and 16:00.

For the termination of the contract, no further action is required, as it will expire either after the declared subscription period or on 31.10.2026 at the latest (with the end of the operating period of the Controlled Access Area). The advance payment amount as a guarantee per vehicle will be refunded in total, provided that no financial residuals remain outstanding at that time (by the end of the calendar year 31.12.2026).
